CICE 2013 will be held at the Sheraton São Paulo WTC Hotel, located at Avenida das Nações Unidas 12.559, São Paulo, Brazil.
This unique location amidst the Design & Decoration Mall and The World Trade Center São Paulo, allows delegates to choose among restaurants belonging to D&D Food Hall as well as to the WTC Hotel for their meals (NOT INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE).
Two of the main Shopping Malls in town (Morumbi and Market Place Malls), as well as the DASLU Boutique and the New Cidade Jardim and Vila Olímpia Malls are located just a few minutes taxi ride away.
The electric voltage at the Sheraton São Paulo WTC Hotel is 110V.
Valet Parking is available at the Hotel Front Entrance. Self-parking is also available at the D&D Mall parking lot. We suggest delegates park their car at the BLUE SECTION of this parking lot and take the elevator to the Sheraton São Paulo WTC Hotel Convention Center located in level C.
Portuguese and English are the two official languagues.
Simultaneous translation portuguese-english and english-portuguese will be available at all times.
The Congress Forgathering Party will take place at the WTC Ballroom on 04/26/2013 from 8:30 PM to 1:00 AM.
Please note only 700 tickets will be made available for FREE for registered attendees. Make sure to pick-up yours at the ICVE Booth, if you want to participate. This ticket is complimentary for registered attendees, therefore, it is non-refundable for those who fail to pick it up or decide don′t want to go
Delegates can choose among restaurants from D&D Mall Food Court and from The Sheraton São Paulo WTC Hotel to have their meals (meal costs are NOT included in the registration fee). The restaurant options are as follows:
