1.For reimbursement application, forward a written request by MAIL ONLY to ICVE-SP (R. Maestro Cardim 560, cjtos 204- 206, CEP: 01323-000, São Paulo, Brazil) with a proof of deliverance confirmation until March 24th,2013. After this date, no refunds will be given. 30% of the registration fee and additional items costs will be retained to cover administrative expenses. Bank charges or any other expenses necessary to wire money will also be deducted from the amount to be paid. Reimbursement will be done in the same payment method used for registration. Congress registration is non-refundable after March 24th, 2012.
2. Congress registration is also non-transferable.
3.Only 700 tickets will be made available for the Forgathering Party. Each regularly registered attendee is allowed to pick-up ONE complimentary ticket at the ICVE Booth (subject to availability), should he want to participate. Tickets for the forgathering party are not included in the registration fee and therefore are non-refundable should the attendee decline or fail to pick it up.
