CICE 2024 will be held at the GOLDEN HALL (WTC Events Center, located at Av das Nações Unidas, 12551 - Brookiln Novo, São Paulo-Brazil. 

 

How to get there

From Guarulhos International Airport (Also called Franco Montoro International Airport):

1. Take either Rodovia President Dutra or Rodovia Ayrton Senna to Marginal Tietê highway. Continue straight ahead untill you reach Marginal Pinheiros highway.
2. Take the ramp to Ponte Ari Torres bridge following direction to Avenida dos Bandeirantes. Exit to your right at Avenida Luís Carlos Berrini.
3. Continue on Avenida Luis Carlos Berrini and make a right at Rua Arizona to reach the D&D Mall.
4. Follow the signs to the Sheraton São Paulo WTC Hotel front entrance where Valet Parking is available.

From Congonhas Airport (Domestic Flights):

1. Take Avenida Washington Luis direction Interlagos and turn right to Avenida Jornalista Roberto Marinho (also known as Av. Água Espraiada)
2. Continue on Av. Jorn. Roberto Marinho untill you reach Marginal Pinheiros (also called Av. Das Naçoes Unidas)
3. Make a right on the D&D Mall/Sheraton São Paulo WTC Hotel - SP Complex
4. Follow signs to the Hotel front entrance where Valet Parking is available.

From Tietê Bus Terminal:

1. Continue straight ahead on Marginal Tietê untill you reach Marginal Pinheiros highway.
2. Take the ramp to Ponte Ari Torres bridge following direction to Avenida dos Bandeirantes. Exit to your right at Avenida Luís Carlos Berrini.
3. Continue on Avenida Luis Carlos Berrini and make a right at Rua Arizona to reach the D&D Mall.
4. Follow the signs to the Sheraton São Paulo WTC Hotel front entrance where Valet Parking is available.

Eletric Voltage

The electric voltage at the Sheraton São Paulo WTC Hotel is 110V.

Parking

Valet Parking is available at the Hotel Front Entrance. Self-parking is also available at the D&D Mall parking lot. We suggest delegates park their car at the BLUE SECTION of this parking lot and take the elevator to the Sheraton São Paulo WTC Hotel Convention Center located in level C.

 

 

Official Languages

Portuguese and English are the two official languagues.

Simultaneous translation portuguese-english and english-portuguese will be available at all times.

Social Program

The Congress Forgathering Party will take place at the WTC Ballroom on 04/25/2014 from 8:30 PM to 1:00 AM.

Please note only 700 tickets will be made available for FREE for registered attendees. Make sure to pick-up yours at the ICVE Booth, if you want to participate. This ticket is complimentary for registered attendees, therefore, it is non-refundable for those who fail to pick it up or decide don′t want to go

Visa & Vaccination

Entry visa to Brazil is requested for travelers coming from severals countries. , we kindly request you report to the nearest Brazilian Consulate/Embassy for visa application.

US Citizens must apply for a Brazilian Entry Visa in their state jurisdiction. Application maybe done through a travel agency, by mail or personally at one of the eight jurisdictions listed below. For additional information, please contact the appropriate jurisdiction.
